It's finally October! Lets hope is doesn't go by too fast!
Ivy was planning on working in the garden today, she had lots of daffodil bulbs and pansies to plant.
Mother Nature had plans for today, too.
Consequently, the garden got soaked.
Luckily, Ivy had a contingency plan so she unpacked all of the Halloween decorations. Then she enlisted Burt's help in adding some spooky touches to the patio. Initially, he seemed a little overwhelmed.
He eventually got over that and then had some interesting ideas.
Ivy had similar ideas but they were a little bit smaller in scale.
Eventually, they compromised on black cats, a few lights and some pumpkins. The usual stuff.
Burt's favorite cat decoration didn't make the cut but he will find another place for it.
Spenser thinks the decorations are fine but he knows what's really spooky.
