Only two weeks left of spooky season.
Last Thursday, The Crew began decorating the patio but they put it on hold when it started to rain. Today, they finally got back to work and their first priority was checking out the lighting situation. If there's going to be an issue, it's usually with the lights. The old school jack-'o-lanterns, carved from actual pumpkins and lit up with candles don't cause a lot of problems, unless they start to rot or accidentally burn down the house, but their short shelf life doesn't lend itself to long term decorating. So electric is the way to go.
All they really want is something bright and colorful. Ivy is removing some less-than-adequate lights from the haunted houses, in order to add some brighter ones.
Of course, the real test comes when the sun goes down.
That's when the drinking starts.
Who cares what the lights look like as long as you can find your glass.
Thanks for stopping by, see you tomorrow!
