Can we be this far into October already?
His Madness and I are off in the not so friendly skies to visit our son Andy and his wife Kristin. As you can see, the weather in Chicago was a bit of a mess and we were two hours late getting into Boston.
Meanwhile, back at home Burt and Ivy decided to clear up a mess that was not the work of mother nature and add some Halloween decorations to a less than tidy corner of the living room.
Okay, maybe it wasn't completely a manmade mess.
The letter holder seemed like a good idea until we filled it up and just kept on adding more and more to it until it looked like a paper explosion. It had to go.
Since someone had left the duster in the umbrella stand, Ivy decided to do some cleaning along with clearing out the clutter.
I think Burt is enjoying that!
A couple of creepy boxes (pretending to be books) hid most of the clutter.
Burt had pumpkins on his mind.
Finally, order was restored and there was even enough room to use it as a desk. They left the broom and it's cobweb because you can never have too much spookiness!
