It's time for a spooky Tiki party.
Kibitz decided we needed one last tiki party since the weather keeps insisting on being more like summer than fall. So he gathered up the Mummy, Dracula, Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein mugs to give it a classic monster theme.
Last minute parties rely on teamwork and Kibitz put Spenser in charge of picking out a movie.
Burt's job was to cut up the pineapple for garnish.
Ivy served as the mixologist.
As Burt was already in the midst of giving the patio a Halloween make-over, he just kept on putting up lights and adding more jack-o'-lanterns.
Finally, the stage was set for a lovely evening.
Just as the drinks were served, the rain began to fall. Oh well, at least it was a beautiful evening up until the wind started howling and the rain came down in buckets.
Honestly, it wasn't so bad, we had to move the party inside to watch the movie anyway. At least it feels more like autumn now, ha!
